alrightly then are you ready for my first blog? This is a cake box for Mother's Day, to be able to give her a small BUT delicious cake. I used a 8 in paper mache' box painted the inside and used scrapbook paper in a beautiful design around the sides I had found a round paper to match and used it for the lid and cut off edges to highlight around the top! edged with a silver braid glued in place. cut hole in lid and placed a wooden knob. to keep the lid on during transport I took a ribbon glued it to the bottom then cover the bottom with felt for a completed look, to be tied over the top... The cake Now just crumbs left behind so no pics a white cake with white choc pudding 2 layer with Raspberry Jam with a few tablespoons of raspberry liqueur mixed in and topped off with a light choc buttercream icing!! OH YES, I am now her Favorite!!! LOL. enjoy and just use your imagination!
